New Season
Ticket Holders
Returns customers who purchased a ticket [departing] from the station or group selected, within the date period specified, that had no tickets recorded on the system prior to the date specified. Departing or Purchased from (individual stations or pre-defined station groups), Date range or pre-defined period, Annual OTW or Both
Renewals Returns customers that have purchased a new ticket [departing] from the station or group selected, within the date period specified, where a previous exists on the system. There is no specified time period for the previous ticket, only that the customer has had a ticket recorded on the system. Departing or Purchased from (individual stations or pre-defined station groups), Date range or pre-defined period, Annual OTW or Both
Recently
Expired Tickets
Returns customers that had a ticket purchased/departing from the station or group selected, that has expired within seven days prior to the date specified, and no new ticket has been purchased. Departing or Purchased from (individual stations or pre-defined station groups), Date range or pre-defined period, Annual OTW or Both
Lapsed Tickets Returns customers that had a ticket purchased/departing from the station or group selected, that expired between the dates specified, and no new ticket was purchased within 35 days. Changeover Refunds Returns customers that have had a ticket purchased/departing from the station or group selected, and received a changeover refund on that ticket within the date period specified. Duplicate Refunds Returns customers that have had a ticket purchased/departing from the station or group selected, and had a duplicate refund on that ticket within the date period specified. Refunds
Returns customers that have had a ticket purchased/departing from the station or group selected, and received an encode refund on that ticket within the date period specified. Surrendered Tickets Returns customers that have had a ticket purchased/departing from the station or group selected, and received any type of refund other than those specified above, on that ticket within the date period specified. Returns customers that have purchased a new ticket within the date period specified, purchased from a different station to their previous ticket, and had a previous ticket purchased/departing from the station or group selected. Forthcoming Renewals Returns customer and ticket details of customers that have a ticket purchased/departing from the station or group selected, that has an expiry date within the date specified. Live Tickets Returns data based on Tickets that are “Live” from selected locations and between specific dates. Departing or Purchased from (individual stations or pre-defined station groups), Date range, Annual OTW or Both
Forthcoming Renewals Prints a list of Season Tickets due for renewal in the next 7 days for use by booking office staff Station Name, Annual OTW Both
  Season Tickets left at Home Report by individual Surname, Postcode, Initials, ID Card Number
Report
Summary
Based on station/s returns a report detailing Live at start of period quireied, live at end of period queried, total transactions, tickets issued, new customer numbers, refunded ticket numbers, tickets expiring, tickets renewed, changeovers, duplicates, encodes. Departing or Purchased from (individual stations or pre-defined station groups), Date range.
Companies Returns all Companies stored in the database to edit or delete the details.
Data Analyser A free flow analytical tool providing the user with the facility to interrogate data from Individual, Ticket or ID Card tables.Allows the user to specify output fields from any of the pre-link tables and state criteria by which the results will be filtered.

TIM has a module that facilitates the import of Qjump data.

Record a Fault function – If program errors, users may send an email to designated locations be that either the IT Department or direct to the TIM Help Desk or both.

Top Journeys Management - whereby users can select from a list of “Top Journeys” specific to their location to automatically pre fill form fields with the required information for recording ticket details.

Send Message to Clients - The ability to display a message on selected location screen to deliver a message. Once acknowledged as received the message will not appear again.

Diagnostics - Measures Server and Network loads based on time it takes to compile data and transfer data to client - focuses on bottlenecks.

Promotions Module - A module that allows a Marketing Department to record a promotion. The ability to assign selected ticket sales to said promotion.

Imports Advantix data provided the process has access to the MUW (Master Update Workstation).

Travel Diary Survey – Reports designed to specifically answer the questions raised by Research International who complete the Travel Diary Survey on a quarterly basis for ATOC.
