Over a period of 3 years IQM have worked with the Revenue Protection Department of Thameslink Trains and First Capital Connect to produce a software solution to allow the Inspectors and Managers to construct reports based on the workloads of their respective Revenue Inspectors.

Obviously due to the nature of the software solutions we provide to our customers we do have to ensure we do not divulge too much information on some of our products.

Daily work sheets (moose sheets) are completed by the Inspectors detailing, routes worked, trains worked, revenue received, passengers checked, MG11 issues plus many other essential areas of their working practices.

Penalty Fare book issue and allocation, None issued tickets, ticket-less travel, Sportis payments and many, many, other aspects of work requirements are catered for within the software solution. Added to this, is the ability for the Finance Department to compile reports on fiscal matters really opens this solution up for departments across the company.

This is a very specialised software solution for a very critical area of the rail industry. The reporting menu is extensive and allows managers to report back with information that previously would have taken weeks to compile
