Adhering to best practice, Internet Query Marketing have designed and developed with the fraud officers, an application which warrants further investigation if your Company suffers from loss of revenue due to fraudulent behaviour.

By continually communicating with Fraud Offices we have developed the " C.R.I.M.S. " system. This application allows companies to monitor, record, report, plus action cases against an individual thought to be fare evading.

Our software operates by recording the evasion event details right from the beginning of the investigation through to the printing of a Court Summons, additionally it can assign a case to a specific court and schedule in a court appearance.

Inspectors or administration users can record conversations between the revenue officer and the accused, detailing who said what to whom, which can later be utilised in court to assist with any prosecution procedures.
Details pertaining to individuals, charges, offences, on train details, court allocation, MG11 forms, verification letters, statement of facts documents, acknowledgement and notice of plea are all included in the software.

Additionally, the recording of specific Courts of Justices and the court details, plus the ability to assign individual Courts to a selection of train stations aides users with the processes involved in making a successful legal application.

Add to this the ability to report on historical cases either by Revenue Protection Inspectors, Courts, Depots, Stations and date periods and you are just beginning to see how versatile the software is. Accurate and detailed data is especially helpful when analysing your data. You can focus on your individual requirements, be that using the data recorded to draw attention to particular stations that are shown to be areas of higher risk, or by reviewing revenues returned by selected Courts. You now have the ability to see the whole picture.

Matthew Clarke Thameslink Rail Prosecution Manager is quoted as saying, "Since our partnership with Internet Query Marketing has started we have increasingly produced better results year on year. The software provided has without doubt been one of the contributing factors to this end. In the last 12 months our revenue income has increased significantly"… We at Internet Query Marketing think that this statement really does emphasise the benefits of using our application.

The application has been design to take advantage of the latest in "Server-side scripting" languages. This allows for a Server to host all the required files and for clients to access these files through a web browser (Internet Explorer standard application with Microsoft Operating Systems).

Client / Server applications have been designed to allow multiple clients to connect to a Server through either a Wide Area Network (WAN) or a Local Area Network (LAN). The Server supplies the processing power and as a consequence minimal requirements are needed for the client PC. Using the same technology you could have the program operating in full on just one PC if resources are limited.

As with all the applications we develop, flexibility is the key word. Should any of our applications not fit your requirements exactly we will be happy to make amendments for you, giving you your own bespoke software but based on software that already has a proven history.
